Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must provide your name, date of birth, and mobile number accurately.
• hgxy may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.

Account Security

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. hgxy will not be responsible for any transactions carried out by a third party if you fail to notify us in time.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Terms

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only the deposited amount may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Taking bonus benefits from multiple accounts or from the same IP/device is prohibited.

hgxy reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of the terms has occurred.
• Evidence of providing false or misleading information is found.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• As a result of a legal order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Information regarding age restriction is proven to be false.

Account Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please settle any pending bets and withdraw your available balance before submitting a closure request.
